Procedurally Generated Craters

The Mun needs more craters, why not add a module that procedurally genera- (checks readme.txt) ... Never mind.

Actually, I was thinking just for the local area on Arcifa, between the Pan and the coast... just that area around Lonch where I've been crashing all my rockets lately

On a more serious note, it would be quite interesting if persistence.sfs kept track of the number of reverts and kicked in such a module once the count exceeded 20, or 50, or 100 reverts (each of which implies a rocket crash), or bumped it up a notch with certain increments. Other notions along the theme might include aging the buildings after increments of game time or the launch pad itself (possibly include bigger/more numerous/more advanced tanks) after numbers of launches (the memorials on the forbidden list also fall along this theme.) I think it would also be need to scribble sortie marks somewhere on the space center: little fireballs for explosions on Lonch's real estate, circles around planets for orbital missions, and little hyperbolas for interplanetary ones.

I think the blackboard mentioned elsewhere would be neat to have just as a background item in the VAB and SPH, maybe with the already present bespectacled clipboard dudes going to them every minute or so to scribble an impression of whatever you're building at that moment.

This is all stuff that I'm indifferent about, though. Everything that actually matters to me is either in the game or already on the forbidden list (although I'm glad to see the never stars removed from a couple of them.)

P.S. Can somebody fix the forum's (K. Lee Ermey's long list of unmentionable expletives) tendency for the forum to log me out while I'm writing?

Reverting a flight is like going back in time. Procedural craters for crash sites would be neat, but creating them for crashes that happened before a revert is nonsensical.
