The HS-210 Rocketbird starts at the runway, flys like a plane, and ends up in orbit.

SSTO and docking capable.

Not interplanetary.

Requires MechJeb 2.0.8 and RLA Stockalike (included)

How to get this thing into orbit:

(like Fusion Aerospace's HS-210 Photon)

1. Close the 4 front intakes, Activate Turbojets

2. Pitch up to 50 degrees

3. Once your height reaches 12 kilometers, level out to 16 degrees

4. When IntakeAir reaches 0.20, open the 4 front intakes

5. When your height reaches 25 kilometers, activate the Aerospike engine and throttle down to 66%

6. When the Turbojets start flaming out, shut down the turbojets and close the intakes. Immediately turn the throttle to max and pitch up to 50 degrees afterwards.

7. Continue throttling till your apoasis is a couple kilometers above the atmosphere.

8. Circularize when you near the apoasis.
