Keeping satelites aligned to the object which they are orbiting?

How do I get the satellites, probes, capsules or everything else aligned to a specific direction?

I mean, how I get the boost for the right spin to the satellite so they will keep stable in direction relative to the object they are orbiting? (like our moon)
