New player needs help with a Shuttle

Recommended Posts

I am a new player, who needs help with his first shuttle design - Bird I :D

My mission is simple: to build a reliable shuttle, send it in a 200 km orbit, and return back in one piece.

Current issues:

Shuttle is sometimes spinning forward as soon as it reaches ~12km altitude Shuttle is always spinning forward as soon as the main rocket is separated. 12-60 km altitude

Installed mods:

I have seen few youtube tutorials, and have read guides here, on this forum, so i have some basic understanding of the game mechanics. Not much though :)

Would someone kindly point out the eventual design flaws, or give me a link to a useful guide?.. It might be also worth mentioning, that the shuttle is capable of taking off and flying in the atmosphere using its jet engines, without any obvious problems.

Looks beautiful

Takes off nice and easy :D

Starts falling forward around 12km. I manually separate the rocket. Shuttle starts spinning uncontrollably

I will gladly provide additional information, if needed!

Thank you for your time!

The images you posted are not direct links. When using IMG tags, check if the extension is correct (for example .gif)

Here are they, in order:

As for your questions, I have no idea.

Your's are invisible for me, yet I see mine perfectly. If you quote me, you will notice they have the same tags.
