You\'d have to be recruited, but since we don\'t need any more moderators, it\'s unlikely. You\'d have to be well-behaved, know the rules, be able to enforce them, a number of other things as well. After a few days the offer was closed and the moderator team was announced.At this point no moderators have resigned or been removed so I think it\'s safe to say there is no need for additional applications. At such time in the future another moderator is needed, a post will be made and/or the current team will be asked to make suggestions.The best thing you can do now is actively participate in the forums, show a good grasp of game knowledge, and show you can communicate clearly with good English and grammar skills.Arrr!Capt\'n Skunky Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Akyho Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 Yeah you just dont become a mod. Its usaly in house and proven. I am the only mod on a busy forum for a webcomic and thats just because I fit two things. I have been a fan from the start, mod after three years, its been 10 years and I havnt burned the forum down. I would like more mods.....however I would ban anyone that became mod from choice of people in the forums because I would not give one of them power. So if you fit the needs of the forum and when the forum needs, You could be the a Mod...but they have to want you, not the other way round.
