Second throttle control

I'm not sure if this fall under one of the things that may not be suggested but i would really love to have a second throttle control i want to make a ship with vtol that can use its jets to get into a horizontal hover most of the time the rcs mono props is to weak for this i realy hope this is not to much to ask

Sounds like a good idea, but also sounds hard to implement. You would probably have to use two sets of keys at the same time, one for reach engine. I'd rather settle for being able to lock my current engines that are in use (eg. the vertical thrusters, then activating a second lot of engines and controlling those from then after (eg. the horizontal thrusters).

Both sound pretty hard to do, now that I think about it. Just my thoughts, though.
