Technically, there is no limit to its velocity besides the limits of how long one is willing to hold the 'W' key, but I only got it up to about 8 km/s orbiting Earth in RSS because accelerating at 5 m/s^2 forever to boring, even in 4x timewarp.

It has 1 Kerbal and a mass of 0.38 tonnes.

So either I have a score of:

~0.38*8000*2=~6080.

Or I have a score of

0.38*infinity*2=infinity.
