Good Background Music

Whats do think is some good Background music in video games? I recent started playing Sonic 2 and I really like the Casino Night Zone music.

I tend to listen to Jeff Waynes musical interpretation of H. G. Wells War of the Worlds.

Artilleryman and The Fighting Machine is one of my favourites.

That bassline from 3:44 to 4:00, dear Jeb it feels good.

Technically it´s not in a game, but I listen to it a a daily basis. Sometimes when playing games, thus you can call it a soundtrack for the game that I´m playing.

Oh yeah... The Halo-series has quite a well made soundtrack, Martin O´Donnell created something really unique.

I really love older game music, like Lightforce, Comic Bakery and the likes.

Mind.in.a.box did a nice cover of Lightforce;
