Re-alignment option for space craft.

First off, love the game.

But there is an issue that is minor but really frustrating sometimes, the player should have the ability to re-align what is "up and down" on the rocket. The reason for this is that sometimes you really need to for ex. have the control capsule upside down or a weird angle and while at launch this doesn't really matter super much orbit is another matter, it a real pain to figure out the angle needed sometimes.

Well if you add another docking port facing the direction you want, just click control from there, or use a drone pod.

If you put a docking port or another command pod or probe core facing the right direction, you can right click it and select 'control from here' which will change the navball to use its direction.

But that will slightly increase lag (unused part just for instrumental adjustment?). D:

rather than being able to reorient in flight, I'd like to see the option to do so within the VAB.
