The basic summary next to the link will be in one of the following colors, denoting it's current status:

Blue--Ongoing. This document is not yet completed.

Green--Finished. This document has been completed.

Yellow--Postponed. This document has been delayed for some reason, but still has a chance of being completed. Do not expect updates for a while.

Red--This document has been cancelled, with little to no chance of being completed. Listed here simply for the curious.
