Make a bug report using the bugtracker. I haven't gotten this myself, and haven't really seen anything else like it. But it's worth making a report and giving it to the devs.

I dont really want to do that since i am using plenty of mods right now, so it has most likely something to do with that. I just found it weird and didnt even think such a glitch would be possible.

Ah, yeah mods tend to have unintended side effects even if nothing is related to the mod. If this happens often, try uninstalling and reinstalling your mods one at a time to see which ones are causing the problems. (If) it's the mod causing it and not just the game, make a post in the modification's thread.

wow! they said they were going to try and speed up transitions from VAB to launch pad but I never expected that!

On a more serious note, I've never seen that exact issue, but I've had other odd things like the launch pad area being shown in map mode, never been able to reproduce it thou. It's possibly down to mods, thou I'm also fairly sure that doing things like alt-tabbing to win and then quickly returning to KSP can cause odd things.

Can you reproduce that glitch or was it a one time weirdness?

We told Jeb not to mess with that experimental warp drive. Now we have building stuck in one another, Kerbal engineers being found inside the air conditioning ducts and worse of all, I think we now have ::GASP:: female Kerbals!
