First to produce a rocket capable of a full range of motion using RCS

My challenge, i present to you, is the first to produce a rocket capable of a full range of motion using only RCS modules from C7 Flight pack that can hover in the air, fly around for a bit, and then land safely on the launch pad.

The craft must go through every angle possible without touching the ground between liftoff and landing

A) C7 would make it easier.

His challenge is to demonstrate full range of motion. IE; hover at every possible (or near enough for proof) angle. Not simply to fly on RCS alone.
