Taking Off and Landing a Plane in KSP from the Cockpit

Flying planes and landing them wasn't enough. I wanted to challenge myself so I attempted to take off, fly around, then land at the KSC all completely from the cockpit view. After a few attempts and some crashing I feel I have made it. I also learned that you cannot apply brakes when you are in cockpit mode so the only time I go out is to apply the brakes.
