"Phobos-grunt" challenge

As mentioned in the news, Russia has launched a mission to Phobos at 9 November 2011 - the Phobos-Grunt(Phobos-Soil in russian). Its engine has failed on the 200km Earth orbit. 13.5 tons of toxic oxidizer are going to drop on Earth(and no one knows where exactly are they going to fall).

The purpose of the challenge is to deliver as many fuel as possible to Kerbin\'s 80km orbit. Ships with no option to return are ACCEPTED, so you are not obliged to have any engines in the last stage.
