[0.21] RemoteTech SAS Separator

After trying to fly with RemoteTech’s KillRot turning on whenever SAS is enabled and halting all manual input, I decided to modify the plugin to break the connection between the two so that they work independently.

This is simply a modified version of the RemoteTech DLL that prevents the KillRot function from being tied in with the stock SAS.

All functions of the Flight Computer still function independently and in conjunction with SAS, in fact the stock SAS helps to reduce some jitter in the Flight Computer’s operation.

SAS and the RemoteTech killrot function are already independent in RemoteTech 2, which is being developed for 0.21. A good fix in the meantime, though.

Im having trouble seriously devoting to KSP without RT and the state RT2 is in atm means ive been playing much less since 0.21 hit the scene. I have been just desinging and not really flying, mostly spaceplanes, as opposed to my ususal megalomaniacal "must build space infrastructure" playstyle.

Guess i can start another "big" game now.

actualy i havent been playing ksp since .21 coz of remotetech is not out yet. so still waiting evenso this looks promising.
