EA "Help" Line - Do not trust!

I tried waiting an HOUR just to get this stupid chat. I bleeped out the swear words so I don't get a warning kthx.

You realise that something out of EA/the employees control might have came up, and the guy on the other end had to go without warning, right?

It doesn't change the fact that it's shoddy tech support based in India. Call their phone line, it's much more reliable.

So... how long did you actually wait before yelling at the man/woman like you did? They could have been called away by the boss as Mercy stated or gotten a call of some kind and had to leave. Just try again if you don't get good service, not go and proclaim they are awful just because it's EA.
