Can Kerbal's EVA fuel be refuel?

Can we refuel our Kerbal's fuel pack (Back pack)?

It appear 'Yes'. I just tested that Kerbal's can take 2 flags in 1 mission, and the answer also 'Yes'.

You just need to make him take-off others flag. Then he will get Flag[2].

And in the process, I test the fuel pack make it 97%, after Enter the command-module, I EVA again and "woalla"...the Fuel pack is 100% again.
