Ok no offense but that could use some work, you applied way too much noise to it, just duplicate the original layer apply all the noise you can then change the opacity to around 10-20, also i think you forgot to press F2.

The noise on your image is a little harsh. I'd recommend duplicating the layer, applying all the noise you want, and then lightly blurring the whole thing. Then, reduce the noisy layer's opacity to whatever you'd like, and it'll give you a more authentic looking effect.
