Kerbal Claw Machine

Usage us a little funky. Add a bunch of kerbals to the command pods on the top, EVA out and they drop into the machine, when the pods are empty activate the engine and stage to get the pods off of the top of the machine, then EVA out someone from the bottom pod and climb up the ladder. You need KAS and Infernal Robotics to use this craft.

Here is a video, there are over 200 parts so it was a bit laggy for me.
