Where can I find the folder for the poodle cfg and stuff?

I looked in the KSP_win\GameData\Squad\Parts\Engine folder but no luck there. The only rockomax engine I found was the Skipper.

So, where is it?

EDIT: Nevermind. Found it, it's the liquidEngine2-2.
