Mallard - Super agile VTOL

After my hugely successful Vertibird http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/41128-Stock-Vertibird-VTOL?highlight=vertibird I was finding it hard to create a successor that matched the agility and balance of the Vertibird. Enter the mallard: a faster, even more agile plane. This thing will literally fly wherever you point the nose. No SAS is needed as the craft is perfectly balanced, but you have to be delicate with the controls sometimes!
