So for a rocket to be stable, you need launch clamps. But what if you want to have a mobile launch pad? You need a stock launch clamp that can hold the rocket down and move away at the time of launch. So here's a picture of this version...

cool iv been dreaming of a bigass moving rig like nasa uses

A more compact rover that houses 2 kerbals, can right itself, can climb steep angles, RTG/solar powered with 3 Z-300 batteries and 1 Z-100 battery, and completed with headlights. (turn torque off on the probe{on the underside of the rover} when traveling)
