What do you think of this rocket? (STOCK)

Just got back from a 3 month break of KSP, and the first craft Ive made is this.

What do you think of this rocket? Havent got a name for it. Its a 3 stage to anywhere basically.

First stage gets it to space, 2nd stage gets you to lko orbit, and 3rd stage gets you wherever you wanna go. Its got 2 nuclear engines and enough fuel to get you anywhere. (Have not tested on Eloo yet)

I think it kinda looks like a Saturn V mixed with a Von Braun Ferry rocket.

First Stage: This will get us into space aboard its 4 Mainsails.

2nd Stage: This will get us into orbit with its 2 Skippers.

And finally the payload section. On this particular version I have an interplanetary satellite delivery craft. The satellite is on the nosecone and the 2 nuclear engines with their 1300 units of fuel can get you almost anywhere.

why do people screenshot at night.

Unless I crane my neck to see my monitor at a high angle, it looks totally black. Screenshots and nighttime in KSP do not mix.

From what you described, i think your first stage has too much delta-v and the second stage not enough. (Most two stage to LKO rockets tend to drop their first stage waaay before getting to a 70km altitude

Second stage. This is the skipper stage,t his will get us to orbit.

And literally as soon as you get into an even stable orbit, the 3rd stage gives out, and your payload (Or in this case my interplanetary stage) picks up where it left off. You might have a few drops of extra fuel in the 2nd stage if you flew the craft perfectly, but from what Ive experienced its always a really tight squeeze.

Isnt meant to be a Saturn V, just ended up looking that way. if I was making a Saturn V it would of been a horrible mistake to have 4 F1 engines instead of 5

I might go back and intentionally make it a replica or something like that in the near future. YOur right, it DOES look very similar.
