onPartDock GameEvent

There is no "onPartDock" event in KSP 0.21. However, "onPartUndock" exist. I Wonder if it's a oversight ?

I thought using "onPartCouple", however it's not good for what I want to do because it happen too late and both vessels are already moved at this point.

I definitly need it for making another method for connecting vessels in KAS. (without detailing, that will allow me to avoid to constantly update orgRos and orgRot of vessel for moving part, so I hope that will be more reliable)

Does it possible to add this GameEvent in KSP 0.22 ?
