Sax Man Aeronautics
So I think over a few versions, we should have three more planets and one extremely far Dwarf planet added into a game. If you have any planet suggestions, put it below here.
fatfluffycat
Isn't planets on the "what not to suggest" thing?
Beeman
Yeah, they've already got a handful of planets in the works. No clue when they're going to actually add them...last I'd heard anything about it, they were ready for implementation a few updates ago. Maybe they had to rework them for whatever reason.Either way, I seem to recall something like...a saturn equivalent with a handful of moons, a volcano planet or somesuch and I think a third gas giant is planned...though I could be wrong on that. There's also been loads of discussions about what types of planets people would like to see, so I'd say go looking for those threads to see what the general consensus is. Captain Sierra
This is a discussion. The thread is here to discuss what planets you might want, think we'll get, etc. This is not tagged as a suggestion and thus the WNTS list does not apply. Sax Man Aeronautics
I suggest more moons for Jool, a Saturn-like world with an actual ring, followed with a moon of saturn-like land analogous to Titan. I think the Saturn-like world should also have a handful of moons. Off to the Uranus-like world, because it would be suggested that its pole would be turned sideways, the North direction could possibly point to the sun. A few moons and a Miranda-like moon would be good for Uranus. Neptune on the other side, ehh, idk.
littlebattler
I'd like to see a planet in a polar orbit. It'll take ridiculous amounts of dV to get there and rather unlikely to occur naturally but hey, it's a game and that's a nice juicy target.Otherwise a planet with 90 degree axial tilt would be great too yeah. Maybe they had to rework them for whatever reason. As I understand it, they don't want to add any more planets and moons until they've sorted out the mechanism for discovering and exploring new celestial bodies, so you don't get full info on them as soon as they're in the game. You'll probably know the orbit of the planets, but anything past that may require science in some form.

UbioZur
Please to have a look at other discussions before starting a thread so we don't have 2 similar threads!http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/29807-Planet-Ideas-And-Names-For-The-Future-Of-Kerbal-Space-ProgramSo please keep the conversation on the original thread.
