Locking EVA Hatches

Let's face it; we've all lost at least 1 kerbal due to putting them on EVA, and then they can get back to the capsule and so on. I have devised a plan: When we click on the hatch of a crew module, we can have to option to 'lock' it or 'unlock' it. This way, we could attempt to put a kerbal on EVA when the engine is firing, and we would not be able to leave. We could even get the message: 'Hatched locked, cant EVA'.
