[Stock craft] Muver, a Mun rover

Here's a rover I've recently put into place on the Mun and had a lot of fun running.

The rover uses a strong reaction wheel to control flipping. Note that if your rover throttle key is the same as one of the rotational axes, you may have trouble driving. Included in the craft file is the lander that I used to deliver the rover onto the Mun.

This file is the stock version. I originally designed the rover for use with the Kethane mod and the Extraplanetary Launchpads mod, so the space where I had placed the scanners (on top of the reaction wheels) is now empty.
