Maximizing

Recommended Posts

You should add the possibility to click the button to maximize KSP, where it'll automatically set your screen size and position so that you can see the task bar, but it takes up the res of the screen. Sucky way to describe it, but I guess you understand.

Nope. However, it may require extensive fiddling to get working properly. I'm not sure how Unity handles window resolutions, but if it's anything like a lot of other games I've seen, this tends to be glitchy and annoying to implement and/or make use of.

Conversely, I've never had a problem with Unity and Alt-Tab. Including KSP, I play 3 Unity based games and none of them have even had issues with Alt-Tabbing so it is worth a try on your system.

On the Maximize thing, I think best you can get at the moment is to set the resolution one screen size smaller then what you are playing on and go with it.

If you are feeling adventurous, you could try messing with the screen resolution in the .cfg file to set a custom resolution, but I have no clue how that would work out.

Bad idea. Unity's weird with fullscreen and Alt+Tabbing makes it freak out. It can cause a fair few glitches. If you need to be alt+tabbing, use the -popupwindow flag to run KSP in full-window mode.

This has never worked for me yet I have no problems with ALT-Tab so it`s as broad as it is long.
