hello there

im rather new to kerbal space program but love it none-the-less. i recently brought the game but have been unable to play due to my computer breaking, so i have decided to get a new one. im not a very "techy" person and have no idea what a gigabyte is  but i was wondering what would be some good specs for me to aim for in my new computer? and what would be the best setup to counteract that crippling lag you all seem to love  ?

thanks in advance Cake

If you don't play any other games as much, focus your money on the processor, I'd suggest an Intel Core i5. Also after recent experience, buy a nVidia card, GT650 or higher. With something like that, you'd be able to run everything maxed out!

I'd suggest you build the PC yourself, but that requires that you watch youtube tutorials on how to do it. Linustechtips or NCIXCOM is a very good source! And you save a little money on it too!

Actually, an i5 will do for pretty much every other game. A dual core will be enough for KSP as it is not capable of using more than two cores, a quad core will run modern heavy games just fine. For gaming, it doesn't get much better than an i5.
