Editing ships, info needed please.

How the hell do you change the angle of things you want to place on your ship...

I have looked high and low, call me stupid but don't call me late for dinner, but I cannot find it. I know it can be done, I have seen it on some ships I downloaded. But stuffed if I can figure it out...

You can use WASD to change 90 degrees and with SHIFT-key change it in 5 degree steps.

Press WASDQE to rotate by 90 degrees, press the same while holding shift to rotate by smaller degrees.
