I do cross country and I decided I would look around and see if there are any runners running about the forums. If some come out of the wood works I would love to hear your stories, your times and your favorite courses.

My best time for three miles is 20:30 which is rather meh

My best mile time is 5:50

My favorite course is probably Oatlands in Virginia.
