My first artificial gravity station

It's called SUGORO and it took quite a bit of time to finish, mainly because my computer sucks so it went from normal framerate to 4 fps rather quickly, if Kerbin is in the view. I've increased the details only for the sake of screenshots.

Ten missions was required, carrying each part.

Cupola and fuel+engine were delivered at once during the last mission.

It has 185 parts and weights 48.49 tonnes. The span should be 61m and that makes it the largest object I've ever got in orbit.

Orbit is inclined at roughly 40° and is nearly perfectly circular at 150 km.

The central node has a cupola and some fuel, and each capsule has RCS, light and power systems. Each connecting part has ladders so when you dock with the cupola, you can lower yourself into the capsules while the things spins.

For some reason I can't get the accelerometers to work. They worked during the construction phase. Now they show zero force. I guess that's a bug. I'm sure there was over 1 G on the edges during the first test because when I sent Tombles Kerman outside while the station was under spin, he was slowly slipping, and when I tried to move him, he detached and fell off the structure which was a bit scary because it was pretty fast.

Kerbals don't slip from ladders even on Eve, so this must've been quite a lot.

The station can be disassembled and more modular parts can be added in one mission because each end part is capable of limited mobility. Plug out, plug in. But I won't do it because my CPU will kill me.

This took more than a week. Probably less than 15 hours in total.

(rotating speed is not realistic; this was captured by pressing F1 at very low framerate and later stitching in an editor)
