center of lift marker issue???

okay so ive not used the center of lift marker very much on my spaceplanes. ive started using it now and i notice that the line is always slanted forward on the display. like the little line that comes out of the ball is always tilted slightly. is this suppose to be like this? sense ive not used it i dont know if thats how it is or if my screen is messed up or what to think. sorry if this is a noob question just trying to figure out if my monitor is messing up or if thats how its suppose to be.
