Any multiplayer mod existing???

No. that is turn based asd they are basically passing the save file and patching the video together.

There is in fact a multiplayer plugin under development that allows full synchronous but it is little more than a demonstration video right now. It looks very promising and it is the only one that works so far. that being said, it is not released. It is the closest thing we have and it might be out, if we are lucky, before springtime next year,but that might be optimistic.

In short. No, not yet. And if it's even possible to work properly it will probably be full of bugs for a long while.

There is mod, that will allow you to see other connected people on map, talk to them via chat, share screenshots with them by press of a single button and even share crafts with them. Although, there is no mod that would allow you to see them in real world, dock together and other kind of stuff.
