You didn\'t kill them, because you never went back in time. Time paradoxes prove that. Also, time paradoxes are a different sort of paradox than what we have here. A verbal paradox makes an invalid statement, while in a time paradox any event in the timeline can be made false to solve the paradox.

If you wen\'t back in time and killed your parents, you wouldn\'t have been born. You never existed to go back and kill your parents so they\'re still alive which means you would of been born. It\'s an endless loop. Grr, I don\'t like paradoxes. There must be some law that prevents them or else there would be infinite alternate realities.

Actually, that could work. If you killed only your mother, you would still exist, because your sperm still exists, and your father would remarry. However, if you killed your mother or any grandparent, you would not.

That\'s called the grandfather paradox.

If you went back and killed your grandfather, you never would of existed. If you never existed then there\'s no one to go back and kill your grandfather, so he must be alive, which means you exist. Same idea. If the universe let\'s these things happen then I lost a lot of respect for it. =P

On this forum or in general. In general, this wouldn\'t be happening if it wasn\'t for 4chan, but you can trace it to Lauren Faust and even further to Bonnie Zacherle who created the whole idea for MLP in 1982 for Hasbro.

Works great for sorting those odd bricks out of your Lego collection. I take it a step further and sort those based on various characteristics, so I can find them later.

That\'s just so wrong, but it\'s 4am so I\'m too tired to go into detail to explain anything further than: If history from the point that you were convieced and developed, hadn\'t happened EXACTLY as it did, you would not exist, Hell, if conception had been delayed or hurried for whatever reason, ranging from the act taking longer, to it being shorter, to stuff even like room temperature, you most likely wouldn\'t have been concieved.

Then you would die, thus wiping yourself out of the universe, but then, with that, killing your killer, so through a system of teetering in between life and death you realize how stupid this is and go back to class. <-- Answer
