Taking pictures for science.

Simple suggestion:

Be able to take pictures and send them home, for science.

Pictures made from orbit

Pictures made on EVA

Pictures made with probes

Pictures made with rovers

Pictures of spiderman!

I've always wanted mountable video cameras to put on my craft so I can see the view form a probe/rovers perspective, I think the ability to do still photographs with them or using my kerbalnauts would make for an awesome feature! =)

Even better, automated camera, so that it takes screenshots while you do your stuff, and then you later browse the photos and admire all the weird angles just like it was done in real life.

A camera part would be really neat to have, especially on the automated probes. It would make them much more like their real life counterparts, since taking pictures is one reason we send probes out.

I'm surprised we don't yet have a stock camera part or EVA usable camera. Hopefully that gets implemented sometime. Even if it has nothing to do with science.

It's also very cool, but I preferred the simpler fixed camera for most things

Along with some telescope/camera parts I think this is a fantastic idea.
