Why when i want to transmite my experiments there are only 20 or 50 %?

And how to do that they grow up to 100%?

Are you running out of battery? Transmission is VERY battery intensive especially on stock batteries. From what I've seen you need the engines running to finish a transmission. Incredibly infuriating.

I mean when I've got menu of experimets there are 3 options delete,keep data and transmit data(and here ive got 20% science value) and i want this to be 100%

There is a reduced value to the information if it is transmitted back rather than landing the spacecraft and recovering that experiment. Basically, if the experiment makes it back to Kerbin and is recovered, you get 100% of the value (but could potentially complete fewer tests) or you can transmit the report back, but that report has less value to the scientists than recovering the entire experiment would.

certain experiments give you 100% scientific value when transmitted (like crew reports). Others only offer a fraction of a return. So thinks like sample gathering and goo experiments lose relevance when transmitted as opposed to be returned to the ground and recovered. Try doing good experiments and save them, but dont transmit them. land the craft safely and recover. you will get 100% of the scientific data.
