Not enough electric charge (I have 2400 electric charge)

Built the ship for my second career mission and figured I might as well start doing science through the liftoff. Engines are running, batteries are full, and yet I continously get the message "not enough electric charge".

This happens every liftoff, relaunching has no effect.

Anyone have any idea what's wrong?

the charge is first drained form the part the antenna is on then it has to wait for the standard transfeer rate through the ship to the other parts so your drawing too much current form the part your attached to try putting it directly on your largest energy storage.
