Fuel transfer "Equalize" button

My idea is that if you have, say, a spaceplane with wing tanks, that you can right click both tanks and equalize the fuel so that it remains balanced. Simple as that.

General action group support for tanks/storage in general would be nice, in/fill, out/empty etc

I agree having that stock would be very useful. In the meantime TAC fuel balancer does this but I'm not sure if it has been updated for .22

Even better, replace the fuels with "bipropellant". Saves time and patience. There's no use of two separate components.

There may be when we get resources. The same thing that makes fuel may not make oxidizer, then they would have to switch back to both types of fuel.

LiquidFuel is defined as a separate resource from Oxidizer, as the former is also used in conjunction with IntakeAir for jet engines.

I like this idea. I would make transferring fuel much easier.

For people who don't use planes, this is only a nuisance. When I want to transfer fuel a portion of a tank in another tank, I have to eyeball it, which is not easy because 1 unit of LiquidFuel does not account for 1 unit of Oxidizer. It's quite frustrating if you're in a deep space mission and you've got to think about all that, and deal with large tanks.

For people who do use planes it's a game changer since now all their fuel is twice as heavy.
