Hi folks! I saw mention of KSP about 5 days ago on an IRC channel I idle in, and so wandered over and had a look, downloaded it....

...and have been hooked ever since!

I\'ve gotten the hang of basic orbits fairly quickly (years of watching the Apollo program: Neil Armstrong set foot on the Moon when I was 8! - an abiding interest in Sci-Fi and a good scientific grounding)

I am still getting to grips with Mun landings at the moment. My craft end up way too big & ungainly, and/or I burn up excessive fuel in getting my initial orbits on a correct 90 degree incllination.

Ahh, baby steps....

As soon as I get some spare cash, I will be donating without hesitation. This game is so worth it.

I sincerely feel this game will be the 'new minecraft' (I am meaning here in terms of poularity from an initially small aplha release: don\'t know if this has been said by others before).

Since raving on about it on IRC, I\'ve now gotten another 4 or 5 converts to the KSP cause, all madly building and crashing spacecraft.

I currently have only one question: is it true that someone has slipped a little extra something into Jeb\'s food pills? he always seems so happy when his two colleagues are bricking themselves over the very apparent impending doom!
