Not all pods store EVA experiments?

The MkI Lander Can (the little one) won't allow me to store the EVA experiments.

But the cfg file has the required module definitions...

EDIT: Seems it's a lack of power issue... but the first time i encountered it i had solars all over the ship in plain daylight...
