Wow. A quick test with FAR shows that the basic SSTO you built in the video was less than ideal for launch. The wings were ripped off about 5 seconds after I left the ground due to an "Aerodynamic Failure" which also prevented me from saving the pilot. This even ripped the fuel tank and turbojet off the command pod. I wasn't able to take off via keyboard input, and the craft refused to leave the runway on it's own.

I have just watched your spaceplane/SSTO design YouTube series, and am about to see how they hold up to FAR. Hopefully, it works similarly, even if I need some practice before I do much more. You have at least helped me with the wheelbarrowing issues I frequently have, as with the ground hugging for small planes.Thanks so much for what you did!

I wonder if this is the same type of error that Scott Manley made a video of. I don't remember off-hand what the name of the failure was, but it involved planes getting ripped apart at low altitudes.

I still haven't messed around with FAR, but I need to! I'm glad my vids were still able to help you out even without FAR
