Help, Can't recover Jeb or Vessel, or go to space centre

Yeah, having same problem, have been since I started playing this game months ago.   Squad cant fix a 5 year old bug, pathetic.  I literally cant play ksp due to this 5 year old bug kicking my ass.

Yeah, i got the same issue last night, no part broken but cant recover the vessel. The mk1-3 command Pod released the unusual little rcs flame. That was happened when i docking the mun Lander to mk1-3 pod for reentry to kerbin. Are u using mk1-3 pod? And science world? if yes, change the mk1-3 command Pod to another command Pod before launch the vessel. Hope it's help. Thanks from Indonesia.

While the title might seem similar to what you’re seeing, this topic was opened in 2013 and is almost certainly not related to your issue, which sounds like it’s happening in KSP 1.11.1. I suggest you start a new thread in either gameplay questions or the relevant tech support section (if you use mods, the modded section, if not then the unmodded section) as it will be more likely that someone can find the cause of your problem there.
