What are the coordinates for the highest locations on the equator for each body it's possible to land on?

Leveling some hill or mountain tops and setting up launchpads in those locations would be a Really Good Thing.

For launching into polar orbits, the highest points at 45 degrees north or south latitude would be of interest. Best compromise between rotation boost and ease of reaching the orbit.
