Secret in Station One Scenario?

So I was messing around in the Station One scenario, trying to blow it up with Whack-a-Kerbal. However, it didn't work, so I went back to the space center to see if it would fix it. When I opened up the tracking station screen i saw this:

It's called Kerbal XX and it orbits Duna in an elliptical orbit. I tried to land it, but one radial parachute isn't enough for that poor three-man capsule.

This has probably already been found, but it was fun for me to fins this. And if you don't believe me, go check your own scenario.

i wonder if it was purposeful, or if someone from squad forgot to end their duna mission before they saved the tutorial file XD

Its always been on the scenario since it was made, I think it was meant as a refueling station for the puny spaceplane on Station One.

I think it is in the Mun landing scenario, too. Or some other, not sure. I believe it's because these scenarios are just placehodlers so they did not pay much attention at preparing them as the game may change substantially before release.

what if, in one of the scenario, there's a ship on a escape trajectory from the sun that intersects kerbin and is close enough to areobrake, and then you switch to it and, SHOCK HORROR, it voyger I

Why are we using parachutes to land on Duna? do it the old fashion way. Plus going to the old moral argument, has anyone ever returned kerbals from duna or are we looking at a mars-one scenario?

Duna is the easiest atmospheric planet to return from. The gravity is weak and the atmosphere is thin.

A drogue chute landing uses a lot less fuel. And yes, this has been done by many people, including me. Not too hard if you save up fuel. Duna doesn't have a lot of gravity or atmosphere to hold you back.
