KSP Science Spredsheet

So. I dont know if anyone wants to know, but after reading KSP Science Wiki page and browsing through some game files I have put together simple google spreadsheet. It contains base (first experiment) and maximum (repeat until none science gained) science you can get form any combination of experiments, celestial bodies, situations (landed, low orbit ...) and biomes (if available).

It is far from perfect and it may even not be 100% exact, but as far as i can tell from experiments I have done (not many though) it seems right.

Edit (28.10.2013): Some tweaks to the spreadsheet to include more data from celestial bodies without biomes. Added efficiency column. Added basic pivot table.

Edit (2.11.2013): Change the link to the corrected spreadsheet form Magikjak

First of all I'd just like to commend you on your work, this is amazing work!

There are a few errors I have found though:

1. The only experiment that can be conducted in each biome on The Mun while in high orbit (outer space) is the gravity experiment, the rest can only be conducted for the whole Mun

2. Similar to #1, while in close orbit of The Mun you can only do crew report and gravity experiments per biome, the rest can only be done once.

3. You have atmosphere and barometer experiments for all planets and moons, these can only be done on bodies with an atmosphere.

4. The seismic experiment can't be done in Kerbin's waters.

I've fixed all these errors and put them into my own copy of your spreadsheet, which you can find here:

Science Spreadsheet

Feel free to copy that, just take note that the sheet's locale is set to Australia and I've highlighted some of the experiments green in the pivot table (just for personal so I can see what I've completed)

Again, great work and thank you very much!

It is good to be somehow usefull. I just did raw iterations on the data available without adjusting anything. Hence the errors. Thank you very much for the corrections. May I put the link to your spreadsheet in the OT?

Don't you mean EVA reports? Crew reports are only affected by the high/near boundary and landing.

Sorry you're right, I'll make those corrections to my spreadsheet now

Yes feel free to put my link in if you wish

Very nice. This was very similar to the one I had made, but a physical hard drive failure trashed it along with a good portion of the needed portion to boot windows.

So, catching up on the forums while I am recovering that PC... Then the joy of re-installing some of my Steam Library begins. :(
