Both of them provide the dV of a 'perfect' transfer, but the window planner tells you exactly when to do the transfer. If you combine the information given by both of them you can work out how much dV you will need, when to begin the transfer and where you need to be in relation to the body you are currently orbiting.

The other two things are calculated fairly easily and the information for that has already been linked. All eccentricity and geosynchronous values can be found on the KSP wiki for each planet (where applicable) along with a lot of other most irrelevant but very interesting numbers.
