Really bad lag

I recently upgraded my graphics chip to an AMD Radeon 5450 in hopes that it would improve my fps while looking at the surface. However, whenever the water comes into view, my fps drops to about 1. I have no idea why it's having so much trouble rendering everything since it's pretty good.

The oceans are some sources of really bad lag so it's not just you. I can never find the thread that had the fix though. Sorry.

Never mind, I just copied the settings from my old cfg file. Haven't tried it yet, but I hope it'll work!
