Kerbal MultiPlayer War Server?

I am looking for a KMP server that either is a war oriented server or where attacking others is allowed.

I made a few Missile (SRB) carriers, their aim is quite nice when they are stationary (relative to the target). The missiles are relatively short range (Fartherest hit I've gotten is 400 meters). They are simple SRBs (Either small or large) with the ring type fuel tank on the top for increased explosions.

The bad thing is that I have only one server where it is not forbidden to attack but neither is it allowed (So not the best idea).

I did find one war server earlier but I am unable to connect to it (It goes as far as saying "Connecting to server:[iPHERE]" and then in a few seconds stops it with no error messages)

So, Any cool KMP combat oriented servers?

Note: I prefer (mostly) stock servers due to the heavy demands of KMP.
