Taking out the trash

Reading up about Kessler Syndrome in a thread gave me a thought. The Kerbal Space Program needs a vessel to deal with space debris. So here is your time to shine in the interest of keeping our orbit pathways clean of litter!

Requirements:

Has to be able to achieve any orbit that a satellite would be placed in, high, low, geo, polar, etc.

Has to be able to dock with or catch anything booster sized on down. The more the better.

I figure the sky\'s the limit as far as parts. Stock or mods.

What to do with it:

-Can launch a full load to be plunged into Kerbol(Some fissile materials not recommended as we don\'t want to interrupt fusion)

-Launch or drive the load into the atmosphere so that it burns up there(Some Kerbals prefer it to be launched as they would like to get home to play some more cricket.

-Return with the load so it can be recycled(Probably the most difficult)

-Create your own solution as long as it makes the orbitways clear.

Until persistence is instituted, for the time being you will need to take the trash up with you so you can detach and then capture it.
